You will attend the in-person Launch weekend in July in Providence, RI. From August-May, you will attend ten 90-minute Zoom Roundtables, and you have the option to schedule three 60-minute individual coaching sessions with Amanda. The in-person Midyear Meetup is optional, and it takes place from Thursday to Friday in early February (location varies).

We have learned from experience that the relationship-building that is fostered in-person is foundational to establishing a strong peer network within Excelle.

Absolutely! Excelle is for ambitious women who are curious about reaching the next level of Emotionally Intelligent Leadership. Many women in the Aspiring Cohort have chosen ambitious leadership paths that do not lead to being a Head, yet they benefit from the high-level conversations centered on being women in leadership. As well, they enjoy being exposed to alternative strategies based on the diversity of experience in their cohort.

At present there are 22 women in total across our Excelle Aspiring and Executive cohorts, as well as 40 women in Excelle Collective and Legacy (continuing programs for those who participated last year). In total, Excelle brings together 60+ women from all over the United States.
