As Director of Operations, Shradha is the epicenter of Excelle's operational and project management needs. With an eye toward efficiency and team management, Shradha blends her organizational and communications skills in order to deliver solutions that advance Excelle’s priorities and support our growing team. With a background in marketing and social justice, Shradha is passionate about gender and racial equity throughout various aspects of the workplace. She has worked across several industries (particularly male-dominated), in order to advance the positions of women and girls. Shradha is also no stranger to working in women owned and occupied spaces, and she strongly believes that increased representation and sponsorship are key solutions to supporting women regardless of the role they occupy.

Outside of work, Shradha is a self-described foodie and loves to explore new restaurants in any city she visits. She is based in Columbus, Ohio, where she also loves spending time with her family and friends.
