Paloma provides a blend of strategic partnership and operational support to our expanding business. She has a keen eye to marketing, ensuring that our brand is consistent with Excelle’s mission of empowering women, one by one. Paloma is also passionate about our members’ experience, striving to exceed our participants’ expectations. Most notably, Paloma uses her superpowers of interpersonal connection to optimize meaningful and memorable moments for our participants. Her favorite part of Excelle is the deep commitment that the participants make to each other to keep showing up, despite busy schedules. Paloma is also an essential member of our Transition Team, helping schools strategize the onboarding process for new heads of school, and maximizing key details that will sustain lasting connections.

Prior to Excelle, Paloma served as School Engagement Manager at EXPLO Elevate. She met regularly with school leaders to understand their current challenges as well as unique strengths.

Prior to moving back east, she spent ten years in the Bay Area at The San Francisco School, a progressive PreK-8th grade school, in a variety of roles, teaching Spanish, working in High School Guidance and serving as the Director of Admission.
