Launch

When you’re with us, you will always feel

seen, held, and celebrated

  • Seen

At Excelle, we believe in the power of being seen, acknowledged, and accepted for who you truly are. Our commitment to your visibility starts with providing you the resources you need to step into your power. At the Launch, you will experience the transformative power of experiences like collaborating with a professional stylist/ photographer to produce a headshot in which you feel beauty and power. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that you feel seen, recognized, and empowered in every aspect of your professional and personal life.

  • Held

Being part of Excelle means you will be held and supported in all of the highs and lows throughout the year. Our unique approach is designed to foster deep connections and individual growth. We prioritize group connection and personal growth, ensuring that you have ample opportunities to build meaningful relationships within your cohort. You will see firsthand the ways that our group creates space for discussions where diverse topics, both personal and professional, can be explored. At the end of the Launch, it is our hope that we have expanded your network and provided a continuous supply of new mentors and peers.

  • Celebrated

Excelle is all about celebrating your achievements, big or small, and creating spaces where your voice is heard and valued. Throughout the year, you will have opportunities to connect with your community and create space for recognition and empowerment with one another - furthering the connections you build during the Launch. We will also be highlighting this year’s plans for Excelle Meetups, where we provide in-person engagement opportunities that allow our women to come together again in order to gather and enjoy each other's company.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Launch is an event that marks the beginning and end of each year in Excelle. Our main objectives are to cultivate a shared sense of purpose, a common identity, and be in community with one another. Over the Launch weekend, we will work together to establish collective goals and objectives for the year, as well as identify how we can optimize your experience in Excelle .

Overall, the Launch aims to celebrate and honor the individuality of each one of you, ensuring that you feel seen, held, and celebrated for your unique qualities and contributions.

    • Offer grace and empathy when someone in our group “stumbles.”

    • Make space for one another - be mindful of when to actively engage or step back from discussions.

    • Embrace discomfort, as it is where learning and growth occur.

    • Respect the confidential nature of our shared space.

    • Optional outfit change and accessory options for photoshoot (discuss with Keely Lozier)- Aspiring and Executive cohorts only

    • Outfit for Saturday dinner at Bayberry Garden

  • At Excelle, we want you to dress in a way that makes you feel the most confident and comfortable. While there is no formal dress code, we suggest wearing something that is comfortable to walk around in during our Friday, Saturday, and Sunday programs at District Hall (If helpful, Amanda will likely be wearing jeans or a casual dress, depending on the weather). Keep in mind, there will be a photographer so wear something you’re comfortable being photographed in. On the day of your headshot, please wear or bring the outfit you will be photographed in. For both the Welcome Reception and Celebration Dinner, feel free to dress up as much or as little as you want!
