  • You will attend the in-person Launch weekend in June in Providence, RI. From August-May, you will attend monthly Zoom Roundtables and Coaching Circles and you have the option to schedule three 60-minute individual coaching sessions with Amanda. In-person Meetups are optional to attend.

  • We have learned from experience that the relationship-building that is fostered in-person is foundational to establishing a strong peer network within Excelle.

  • Absolutely! Excelle is for ambitious women who are curious about reaching the next level of Emotionally Intelligent Leadership. Many women in the Aspiring Cohort have chosen ambitious leadership paths that do not lead to being a Head, yet they benefit from the high-level conversations centered on being women in leadership. As well, they enjoy being exposed to alternative strategies based on the diversity of experience in their cohort.
